Challenge
What needed to change.
UrbanEats ran every outlet on phone calls and third-party tablets. Orders were missed during rush hours, prep times were unpredictable, and head office had no consolidated view of revenue or outlet performance.
Solution
How we shaped the system.
We built one ordering system for every channel — a customer app, a kitchen display with a live queue, and a POS dashboard that syncs menu, pricing, and stock across all outlets in real time.
